SUSPENDED LICENSE DEFENSE 101


Citation of driving with suspended license comes in two types. The first one is a civil citation—without knowledge. The second is a criminal act—with knowledge ticket. Regardless of the citation, driving with suspended license is a severe act. It may cause you further suspension, revocation, or cancellation of your license. Aside from fines and responsibility fees, you may be required to pay a maximum of 6-year visit to the jail. In some states, traffic lawyer are available to defend you if you happen to be caught driving with suspended license. Here are some of the suspended license defenses you can use once you get caught.
