• Payment Error- When there was a payment error made and the license holder had to pay for the driver’s license renewal twice. One should attach the original receipt to the refund application.

When it comes to driver and vehicle services, you can also get a refund for the riding assessment fee. But you have to give the notice of cancellation for assessment booking at least two working days before you can get the refund. If you don’t follow this protocol, you won’t get any refund.
