Beauty and Hygiene with Bikini Waxing

Don’t let the cold weather stop you from being smooth and hair-free. Just because bikini is season is over doesn’t mean you can let bikini area get “unruly.” Bikini waxing is not just a luxury but is a part of hygienic practice. Furthermore, shaving such a sensitive part of your body only leaves you more prone to ugly stubbles and bad shaving cuts. Bikini waxing come in different types; you can choose from Brazilian waxing, French waxing, or the regular bikini waxing.

Shaving the bikini area can be an option but it is the least recommended form of hair removal method because it darkens skin and can result to a lot of skin irritations. Knowing the different bikini waxing styles can help you choose what method is perfect for your needs and your comfort. These waxing methods differ in use of wax and the amount of hair left on the skin.

Regular Bikini Waxing

Regular bikini wax is the most common service given to first timers or to women with low pain tolerance. Technically, regular bikini waxing is the removal of hair outside the panty line. The waxing medium used in this process is hot wax since it lessens the pain by opening the pores of the skin. Some amount of redness is expected but professional wax centers have their own methods of soothing the skin right after being stripped. Full bikini waxing includes the deeper part of the bikini lines. Note that there is still a small amount of hair left when you opt for this treatment.

French Bikini Waxing

French bikini waxing is not that popular in Tampa compared to regular bikini waxing and Brazilian waxing; however, French bikini waxing is almost the same as Brazilian waxing. The only difference is that Brazilian waxing takes away all of the hair in that area, including the back. But for French bikini waxing, you leave out the back part. Some wax centers allow you to choose shapes and designs which your hair will outline.

Brazilian Waxing

Brazilian waxing was coined mainly from the bikini culture Brasil where itsy-bitsy bikinis run free. To pull of such a look, you’d probably imagine the amount of hair removal you need to have done. Brazilian waxing is an extensive waxing treatment done for women who are interested in having an extra clean bikini lines. You go completely bald with Brazilian waxing which is also a highly recommended means of maintaining good hygiene. There’s a saying that goes, “You have to try getting a Brazilian, at least once in your life.”
Bikini waxing is a delicate procedure. Make sure to consult and find an experienced waxing technician to do the job.
